    ➤➤ On the navigation bar select ONLINE VOTERS REGISTRATION option which provides further steps:
    ➤➤ On new open page gave forms. For deletion of name you have to fill form 7, so select that.
    Here you have to fill the application form completely and accurately as name, surname, gender, electoral roll number, serial number in part, etc. Upload all documents such as citizenship certificate or death certificate, old voter id card. When you complete filing form you need to take print out of application form and receipt for in case of any grievance. And send it to the electoral office. Later this Booth Level Officer may visit you and verify documents to be submitted.
